BoothBop is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it functioning well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
The photos and media you create with BoothBop are yours. Because everything stays on your device, you are responsible for your own content and for backing it up. We have no access to it and cannot recover it for you.
Use BoothBop lawfully. Don't misuse the app to harm or harass others or to violate anyone's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoothBop and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including any lost or unsaved photos or media.
If you downloaded BoothBop from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BoothBop after a change means you accept the updated terms.
